Everything is great to walking in and having the greatest women greeting us and the food is fabulous ( my favorite is the pressed Cuban in honey butter). Not County how fabulous the fries are they’re always so hot never warm but hot is the greatest friendliest people you’d ever wanna meet even the cooking that back in the kitchen come out and greet us when we leave thanks to Denise and Patrice and her crew. It is fabulous.
We had the fried gator today at the Lake Myrtle ball field and it was absolutely amazing!! The cook was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming! Food was fresh and the gator was the best we’ve ever had! Excited to see your food truck at other events!
So glad my sister suggested this hidden gem! Follow the signs, along the flight line to gourmet deliciousness. Jon is an excellent chef, using fresh ingredients in uniquely tasty ways. We were a large group of 12, provided a days notice, and received excellent service. Jon’s tacos were very good, gator bites were perfectly fried with lively dipping sauce, the spinach artichoke dip was prepared in house, and the best was shrimp and grit cakes, a delightful melding of southern and cajun cuisine.
