So glad my sister suggested this hidden gem! Follow the signs, along the flight line to gourmet deliciousness. Jon is an excellent chef, using fresh ingredients in uniquely tasty ways. We were a large group of 12, provided a days notice, and received excellent service. Jon’s tacos were very good, gator bites were perfectly fried with lively dipping sauce, the spinach artichoke dip was prepared in house, and the best was shrimp and grit cakes, a delightful melding of southern and cajun cuisine. We visited the Bartow airport for lunch. We were promptly seated and the met our waitress. The food arrived quickly and all the ingredients seemed to be fresh. We definitely will be back !
