Took my chainsaw for repairs on Aug.1st 2025 and i was told it would be no later than a 2 week wait for diagnosis about my chainsaw. I waited until Sept.26th and still no phone call. I finally had to call and they haven't even worked on it. Waited 2 more weeks and I had to call back and they had to order a carburetor without calling before ordering. Long story short I have waited for 2 months on my chainsaw without a call. Will never do business with again.

Excellent experience. Staff and Mike were great. I had a mower issue that I could not figure it out. They assessed and fixed in 10 minutes. Mower works great. I will be back and I would recommend.
