I have been tanning at Tan'r You for many years and i have always found an exceptionally clean facility. and wonderful customer service and the owner is very responsive as well as interactive. i would tan no other place than Tan'r You. I always leave the facility feeling relaxed. I also never ever gets burns from the tanning bulbs. I nominate this facility for award of the year.

I have been a customer of Tan'r You for many years, (West Bend when I lived there and now Germantown). I always purchase level 4 packages which are not cheap. I tanned two weeks ago and asked how many were still left on my package. The girl working told me 14. I used one that day and returned today to use another. I was told I had zero left. When I asked why she stated they expired yesterday and there was NOTHING she could do about it. I am shocked at this. I have already paid for these. I love coming into the salon and seeing Shelby everyday, she is always so bubbly and nice and has remembered me by name since the first day. It's so nice having consistency and great customer service. Well done Shelby!
