I'll definitely recommend Tan'r You as the choice of tanning facilities! The first day inside, I met Kim and she toured me in the direction of my tanning needs. Appointments thereafter, I've always received thorough guidance to tanning and helpful explanations to any questions from the peasant staff!
I have been going to the Tan'r You West Bend location for four years now and I am always impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, knowledge of the staff and the high level of customer service. Kim and her team go above and beyond to give customers an excellent experience while keeping focus on the health and safety of their skin. I gave my wife 1 month of stand up tanning for mothers day. When she went in they told her she couldn't use the tanning lotion she brought in because it might ruin the bed. She said she was using the stand up and the reply was that it would get on the floor because you might put it on the bottom of your feet. REALLY the BOTTOM of your feet. Oh they would happily sell you some of theirs at a discount if you would give them your bottle. NEVER AGAIN.
