I was unfortunate enough to be given Dr.Jodie Wang after my GP retired. I had a deeply upsetting experience with Dr. Jodie Wang that left me feeling disrespected and unsafe. In my interactions with her, she was unprofessional and dismissive, and most concerningly, she breached my confidentiality by discussing my private medical matters in a public setting. I like Doctor Jodie Wang, but the receptionist often makes mistakes with appointments. I’ve been there for an appointment and took a day off of work, only to be told that there was a mistake and that I was scheduled the next week. If you have to go there, make sure and double check with them, ask them when you have your appointment and whether it is in person or on phone. There are really frequent mistakes and they don’t seem to care.

I don’t have the exact dates on how long I have been under the care of Dr. Jodie but I believe it’s been around 10 years now- wowza! Dr. Wang has been such a support to me and my family over the years. She has always made time when I’ve needed her and I have never struggled to get an appointment- even during Covid-19 she made sure she was accessible.
