Tanner Transmissions was on time and on budget. The on time part was very important to me, as I needed to have a car to do my job. Jim the manager at the State Street Shop told me it would take a maximum of three days to repair the clutch in my Toyota he under promised and over delivered it took Tanner only about one and half days. When the last time a mechanic did that for you? Anyway I was able to plan for other transportation. Bob was so helpful, he treated me with respect and i really felt like he cared about my truck. He kept me informed as to what the progress was and he explained everything so i could understand.

BE AWARE!!!! Tanner sold me on fixing my vehicle transmission and only to find out that they couldn't figure out how to fix. After 20 plus days of my vehicle being out of service the told me that they cant get it to work. Drove the vehicle into the shop only to be told i need to tow it off. I did receive my refund after dealing with the BBB and Other agencies. Took my vehicle to another shop and was done in 3 day and $300 cheaper. Please be aware of this company. Definitely a 5 star experience! Blaine and the guys were great to work with. Very accommodating and on time. They worked late to get it fixed and put me back on the road. I will be back with future vehicles if needed.
Exceptional service!
The best service I got in a long time. They went above and beyond the service that was needed and pointed out something that needed fixing and done it for a very fair price. Great experience and will only bring my car to these guys.
