I called based off a referral that my Dr apparently put in wrong which is fine however the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude and condescending when I was asking basic questions as to why I couldn’t be seen. Last I knew nurses or front desk people do not decide if a patient has a neurological problem. I’m having symptoms that point to a neurological issue but I guess I won’t know what that is because I’m number 1000 on the list of referrals according to her like it’s my fault they have a lot of referrals. I had a wonderful first visit at this practice on Monday. I cannot saw enough about how pleased I was with Dr Charmchi. She came in and listened, asked questions, and explained her thoughts on next steps. What a refreshing experience with a doctor in this day where it seems doctors are rushed in and then out.Thank you Dr Charmchi! I have read reviews of those frustrated. I wanted to share that during their time of transition in the practice, my experience with doctor was great!
