The staff is amazing! Made this unpleasant reason for a visit like visiting family. Almost sorry when my 4x ended today. Bless people still having a heart!
I've been a patients at this location for more than 6 years. All the staff members are very nice to myself. I can only speak for me. Lori I find is very nice. When I'm not there on time 98% of the time she will call to check on me. Everyone have good days and bad days we're all human. Most of the hospital nurses works there knows me. I've been hospitalized in their facility plenty of times. If their schedule permits they will come to see how I am doing if they knows I'm in the clinic which is twice a week. The nurses are great! However, Lori Brigman in the office here is rude and doesn't care about the patients , nor does the "doctor" that has to approve orders here. My doctor ordered strong antibiotic infusion on December 14, 2021 due to cellulitis. This was an option to keep me out of the hospital for Christmas. It's now December 27, 2021 and supposedly they are still waiting on the "doctor to approve at a courtesy to me". Courtesy? THIS IS HIS JOB!
