Very friendly staff and doc! Came in late in the evening and had Amanda as my NP and Brooke as my nurse they were both super friendly and attentive! Also had to get a X-ray and they brought the X-ray to me so I didn’t have to walk(I have ms and walking isn’t my strong suit). I appreciate the kindness I was treated with even with it being so late. Thank you Tanner Staff!
One security guard saved the day. I came to the hospital via ambulance from my pain management clinic. I was in so much pain. What was a short hour in the ER room itself, turned into a four hour wait in the ER discharge area. The nurse was supposed to order me an Uber to take me back to my car. The Uber came and took me the wrong address across the street. I was dropped off back at the hospital and told to have a seat while they ordered me another Uber. The lady was mean and rude.
