Everyone was really nice.
Best ER experience I have had in my life got me in and out in a timely manner. Everyone was polite and respectful.
Never seen a doctor, nurses were very professional. Never got a pillow case for the plastic pillow that stuck to my face but I was so sick to my stomach it didn't matter but wondered who all had layed on it before me?? Plus because of miscommunication, I was released at 10 pm and finally after waiting till 2 am I ask the check in ladies if they were sure they called them??? I was very disappointed with my experience at this hospital. The patient room was not clean at all. There were large bugs in the room, and the floor looked like it had not been swept or cleaned in days. On top of that, I waited about two hours and still never got the chance to speak with the doctor. I understand hospitals can be busy, but patients should at least be kept informed about delays and given some idea of when they will be seen.
