How about treating your patients with respect I will never come back to your hospital. January 20th I came to your hospital with broke ribs. Two nurse's had to help me out my daughter's car. I was taken to a triage room to lay on a hard table. I was in excruciating pain. Not ONCE did the nurse ask me where I hurt at I only saw her once as she stated she couldn't find my Doctor so he could order something for pain. they can do their job for a start. my mother was there last week and they weren't concerned with what was wrong and only took 1 x-ray and said she had bruised her ribs and took her today to another hospital tonight and guess what 3 broken ribs. we have never experienced such rude unconcerned doctor's or nurse's ever.

My husband went to ER with symptoms of covid and was having trouble breathing. He was told it was “easier and cheaper” for him to go to Walgreens to get tested. Walgreens can not help with his trouble breathing!!! They just kept telling him it would be easier if he would just go to Walgreens!!! If this how you treat all patients you should be ashamed!!!

RecommendedI am on the baby floor b/c of room shortages, I have a hotel size room all to my self, a few nights ago I had mrs. Rita as my nurse, I want her supervisor to know she is the most loving and caring nurse I have ever met in my life!! Most everyone here has been good to me, but she went above and beyond!!!!! you are so lucky to have her, she is a god send!! She is worth a million bucks, I hope you pay her well, she deserves more whatever it is!! I will never forget her❤
