Tanner healthcare for children and their fly by night pediatrician Dr. La Sota LIED in my sons chart saying that his seizures were only lasting a minute or less and repeatedly downplayed my son regression in speaking after the seizures began as normal all while his mother and I pleaded with them that it wasn’t. Ten seizures later we get a referral to choa neurology. My son was diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome 2 months ago. I called in to ask questions if I should bring my daughter in to be seen since she seemed to be better. I requested to be transferred to a nurse that left me a voicemail. It never happened. The attitude and the annoyed tone of the front desk was unexpected and turned me away from bringing my daughter in. Instead of listening, I was interrupted and told “not to bring her in if I did not want to. I responded with, “I’m not sure which is why I am asking”.
