Beverly on Birdeye 5 days ago Don't work for the evs department in the hospital nor outside the hospital. In the hospital they cross contaminated when cleaning the rooms. Outside the hospital they are not that better neither when it comes to cleaning. Don't trust management, supervisor or the workers in no form. Stay to yourself and don't make this a career, if you can stay away. The pay isn't that great. People who don't have experience seems to get paid more than people who do have some.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. The nurses have disgusting attitudes, and they have zero compassion for the families dealing with mental health patients. It seems as though they are mentally disabled themselves as they will believe a patient that is hallucinating and mentally unstable over their caretakers that have been caring for them for decades. I am not sure what these nurses and doctors did to get these positions, but they are the definition of incompetent! After two hospital stays within a span of one ... read more

My family practice physician stopped my ADHD prescription without notice. I searched my UNITED Healthcare site for another physician. Willowbrook was recommended. To my surprise I received an appointment within 2 week. Guess what? I didn't even have to leave my home. I was scheduled Virtual visit .. yep, almost a year ago. I started my journey with Ms. Simms, she is the best it's just so easy and comfortable. Her assistant Miss Lacey is the most awesome person. I actually get her on the phone more times them not... read more

Came into ER in serious pain in lower back. A Cat scan of my pelvis and abdomen was done. He said i have a severe urinary tract infection (UTI), gave antibiotics via IV and RX to go home with. Doctor told me no evidence of kidney stones and he gave me a prescription for SIX (6) Oxycodone tablets. The pain continued and i had no pain medicine, i was in such pain i could not walk, rise up out of bed, even eating hurt. Later i found out that the Cat Scan report states i have Renal Calculi which is KIDNEY STONES (kidney ston... read more

Receptionists nice/friendly..nurse/technician nice..doctor not so much, down right rude in fact. I felt he wasn't listening to me, like what i was saying was a lie. Have never seen a doctor like him, hope I never do again. I got tired of wasting my time and his, Thanked him for nothing (couldn't get through to him) and left. Maybe he did not want to work Saturday, who knows.

I wish I could give zero stars. As a medical professional who works in emergency medicine it was terrifying to watch how my wife was treated. Aside from my wife’s very serious infection being diagnosed as “Anxiety” by the VERY rude and hateful Dr. Samson O. Adewale. My father in law lost part of his foot due to 3 Doctors misdiagnosing him. My wife developed double pneumonia with Covid and the ER physician who saw her even told her not to come to Higgins and to leave and head straight to Piedmont. The only reason this hospit... read more
