I have become increasingly frustrated with Tanner Smiles as Dr. Matt takes over from his father. One, they no longer accept my insurance which is in the top 3 of most used insurances for dental. Two, getting charged for adjusting a product I got from them, promising that they will look into it then forgetting, then getting a call 7 months after asking for payment. I loved Dr. Robert Tanner, he is a kind man. Dr. Matt Tanner is all about that money.
Very thorough and professional office. Dr Robert Tanner is both highly skilled and eminently trustworthy.
