DR Goodrich was truly one of a kind, he will be missed , we have been seeing him for about 21 yrs, sad to see him gone, and also never got to tell him goodbye, my kids were all comfortable with him, he was one of the best we've ever been too, and other than Doctor Brown not a lot at Westside that seem to care if you get helped , just treated as a number , sad that he left, but truly hope for nothing but the best for him and his amazing wife .
My 5 star rating is truly for Dr Mark Goodrich. He is an incredible Dr. and he always took the time to listen and understand his patients. He is one of the best family doctors I have ever seen. He deserves 10 stars & I would really like to see him again!! He has been our family Dr for many years!!
Mark was the best doctor! He’s been my primary for 14 years. I always felt seen as a person, treated as an individual, and he truly listened and cared! I’m truly devastated he is no longer with west side! I’ve seen a few other doctors there and he was by far the best doctor there. Aside maybe one other doctor there, they show now concern, no bed side manner, and they don’t care. I will not be returning to this Tanner clinic, unless by some miracle mark returns. Mark got to know patients as people. Turns out some of the other PAs seriously lack social skills and almost had to put one in his place but wouldn’t do any good. Won’t be taking my wife back to Tanner.
I just found out that Mark has left Tanner, which is really sad. He's one of the few providers I've been to that I actually felt heard and treated like a real person. He supported me through some rough times and was always kind and extremely helpful with my issues. I hope he returns to Tanner or starts practicing elsewhere so that I can continue visiting him.
