I've brought my dad here 6 times now. They haven't been on time yet. We've waited a minimum of 15 minutes to be seen and upwards of 45 minutes. Although they run behind, if you (as the patient) do not check in on time or before time they WILL cancel your appointment. We have also had them cancel and not tell us until we arrived. Billing is incompetent. If you have the option, go to Redding or Santa Rosa to see a cardiologist. The Drs are nice, but the staff is useless.
