Absolutely horrendous, unprofessional company. Installed our AC 3 years ago, installed it in our walkway instead of the unused side so they could save in copper pipe, then it failed the first spring when I fired it up. They sent a sub-contractor to fix it and the sub told us how poor the workmanship was that they had done. Then it failed again today for the exact same reason, leaks from poor soldering... and now they refuse to help in anyway and flat out told me just to call someone else and stopped answering my calls. After they came maintenance on my furnace the blower and air conditioning doesn't work together I have never had problems before until I tried them up never again
They have been taking care of my furnace for years. Always do a great job, on time and for the right money. No mess when the job is done.
