Ms. Tanja Miletic has assisted me twice now in renting a unit in Manhattan Beach. She is highly professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping her clients. She has spent many hours showing my apartment to prospective renters, never complaining, always with a smile and while having my best interest in mind. She has communicated frequently with me, either by talking on the phone, email or text, and has responded to my messages in a prompt manner. She has been giving me not only real estate information, but also legal ans... read more
Best experience we have ever had with a realtor! Tanja is such a pro. She knows the market so well, is very organized and very clear and direct communicator. It is so clear that she is beloved in the Manhattan Beach community. Renting houses is very competitive in MB and we believe our application was selected by the owners because of Tanja's stellar reputation. Can't recommend enough and will be using Tanja to buy and sell in the future!

Once she grasps your vision, she then fights for you using tact, physiology, and well-thought-out strategy. Tanja took the stress away by openly communicating and always being available. Tanja is hands down the best! We were heartbroken to sell our home which we cherished so much, but personal matters required a move out of state. Tanja was so attentive to our needs and requests, and made the entire experience easy, and free of stress! Thank you Tanja!!
