Dr Rivera went above and beyond for a family with clear, professional treatment snd amazing results. Dr Rivera is brilliant, warm, and caring, and is an excellent communicator.
Would give 0 if I could. She is homophobic for sure and immediately asked if I had HIV when the appointment didn't relate to it whatsoever. Didn't even have it to begin with. What????? Didn't screen me for anything and had to argue for over an hour to get referrals to pain specialists. DO NOT GO TO HER SHE WILL TRY TO HURT YOU!!! Filed a complaint to the office for feeling unsafe as well as discriminatory behavior and got nothing. Will be calling the California Medical Board next.
She is, so unprofessional, she started a treatment and 2 months later she denied keep provide the service. I nade a report on San Diego Medical Board. They have to remove the license. And I'm not the only one complaining about she's service, see the reviews and they are so unprofessional same there staf on the front.
