Well-versed in drug/supplement interaction. Takes a "whole-istic" approach, incorporating body, mind, social, etc. factors into consideration. Ethical. Dr. Diaz is open about her scope of practice and makes appropriate referrals when necessary. Genuinely feel she has my best interests in mind.
Dr. Diaz is a brilliant MD and a natural compassionate healer. She listens carefully to my needs and fully understands my desire to live naturally. She's one of the first doctors who gave me practical evidence-based natural resources AND "prescribed" consistent sleep, primarily a plant-based diet, and daily gentle exercise as I work towards healing my heart condition and other comorbidities. I strongly recommend Dr. Diaz. We are extremely fortunate to have her in this area.

Dr Tania Diaz is compassionate, knowledgeable, a great educator for your understanding and one of the best Physicians I’ve had in my life. She was my primary care provider when moving to Asheville in 2019 when she was initially affiliated with Mission.
