I've never been to such a high end condo complex. In the same sentence I've never been to a more poorly constructed building. Yes that includes the mall. In the future I hope the tenants won't be forced to pay for such horrible work. If so, this building will be under special assessments soon. This means the tenants will need to pay for it in the future. It's a disastrous set up. Seen it before.
