Disappointed with Recent Straightening Service handling by the stylist Masami. Disappointed with my recent hair straightening service. I have naturally curly hair and previously had it straightened here by their former stylist Miki two years ago with fantastic results that lasted over a full year. Masumi did a wonderful job with my hair (Asian black straight long hair), which hadn’t been cut or treated for over a year. I asked for bangs, and she nailed it with such delicate and thoughtful technique. The Korean-style styling afterward was lovely, even though I didn’t explain my expectations very clearly—it actually inspired my own go-to styling! I also really enjoyed the hair wash and scalp massage, warm and relaxed, another win point. This will definitely be my go-to salon in the long run. —— Monica
