Delicious and authentic Argentine empanadas and pastries. My parents are from Argentina, and my Mom and I love their food. In particular, we recommend the empanada, alfajores and medias lunas.
What a wonderful find! I visited Buenos Aires for the first time this past March and fell in love with the food especially the wonderful fscturas that we would enjoy each morning with our café con leche. I have missed them so much so when I found this bakery I had to make the 1 1/2 hour trex to pick some up. They did not disappoint! I’m looking forward to coming back out and trying some more of their authentic Argentine cuisine.
We bought some pastries yesterday evening, the dulce de leche was old, the dough wasn’t fresh. Aside of being expensive it was very bad and 2 people who eat them got sick. The customer service was terrible too!! Don’t go there.
What can I say about Tango Pastry? It' s like been walking down Buenos Aires and enjoying the smell from the street of the panaderias baking facturas ,but in Alexandria. Sandra the owner has all the Argentinian original recipes that she carefully trained to her crew that delivers the best customer service!

So good! A piece of Argentina right here in our neighborhood. A must visit!
