They gave me a very reasonable price quote for dental cleaning and waited until I brought my dog into the appointment to raise the cost significantly. When I balked, the veterinarian said he wouldn’t make enough money on the service at my quoted rate, angrily turned from me, and closed the door to his office. Everything about this hospital is amazing! Especially Dr Castro. I can tell everyone truly loves my pet and treats them as much like family as I do!
I am appalled by this business. I am also a small business owner and I was just shocked by their customer service/regulations. First I live in the DMV Area, Silver Spring and this place is located in Fairfax. I have no problem driving there since I drive to the Fairfax area for work and I also own a home in Arlington. Look what they did to my dog. They shaved my dog and did horrible job. Please don't take your dog to this grooming. My dog is so unhappy and stress out. The pictures are in the comment*** please look it up
Dr. Juan Castro and his team are excellent! He spent a good amount of time discussing his recommendations for my cat. Not all vets give such individualized attention! Both my DSH cat and Turkish Van had their teeth cleaned and one had a few extractions. All went smoothly and I recommend them highly! Send your friends to Tango Animal Hospital!
