abysmal ! The location is not very accessible. It was going to be my first appointment with Tanglz. When google map lost me after 25 minutes of driving around they couldnt even give me a clear direction as to where their business is located at. When I got there the place was filthy and the lady named Jamee put me in a chair in an area filled with the previous customers hair.
