Good Landlord that will nickel and dime. Overall my experience was pretty good with TWP. John is pretty responsive and takes care of things as they come up. However, I feel that he got every dollar that he could, which, from the tenant perspective is pretty annoying. First off, there is a pretty large non-refundable pet fee, that must be paid every year.
