Fact.. they will keep taking your 30$ application fee and then turn around and tell you that you have to have a credit score of 700..!! like you'd be applying for Boardwalk or some ---t.
they are rude they don't care about anybody but their selves table tennis that can't go to work because of a virus and actually talked about putting them out there are people with kids there and you can put them out on the street I would never recommend this place

The new land lords have really turned it around. Amazing lyrics nice people, still a few shenanigans, but nothing to worry about.
