Noise: The windows are single pane (thin) so you will hear everything outside...like when someone lets their dog bark all day. Also, the apartment entry doors slam automatically so be prepared to listen to slamming doors all day. When my downstairs neighbor lets their door slam, my floor and walls shake. My downstairs neighbor also told me that they could hear our noise upstairs. It's an overall quiet community except for those things. Beautiful property! Definitely considering it as my new home!!
The birds are horrible and your car will be covered in bird poop unless you overpay for a garage. Repeated appliance issues that maintenance did not actually fix and issues like water soaking through the ceiling due to AC unit. Plenty of better places to live in Lincoln in this price range. Lived there for 4 years.
The apartments are good, kind of a hit or miss. My first apartment was dirty when i arrived. dust and dirt. 2nd apartment was clean but having to put a lot of maintenance requests to get appliances fixed
