Secure, clean, welcoming, friendly all goooood
If you do plan to live here, don't get a ground floor apartment. Ours was infested with brown recluse spiders and I got bit the first week I moved in. It required a trip to the doctor where I had to get a tetanus booster, a steroid cream for the bite, and I was given three different kinds of pills to take, and after all that I still felt nauseous from the bite for nearly two weeks afterward.
