The new management is super helpful and insightful. Ms. Erica is awesome and I am so thankful for her in making my move in easy from start to finish! I am impressed with the level of professionalism and how quickly they are working to renovate and update Tanglewood.
I know one thing! They got the best pm running things in there now!! Mrs. Erica is amazing and she will do her best to get you exactly what you need. She’s so humbled and warm welcoming if your looking for a spot go see Mrs Erica at this location you will not regret it!!!! 🫶
Last I heard the fitness center is only open during business hours. May be wrong .
I'm a current tenant. This is my honest review of my 2 years out here. From year 1 to year 2 I had an $153 rent increase. Which is ridiculous. The pool is never open, the fitness center if thats what you want to call it is only open while the office is open. And the clubhouse is full of junk and not available for use. I have had to kill spiders and roaches thru out my time here, experienced 2 drug bust, a shootout, and and someone getting tackled and apprehend right in front of my back door.
