Another update 7/17/26.... If you look he having no pool that you pay for every month during the hottest summer drive by shootings people doing burnouts in the parking lot and music being blasted in car stereos with heavy bass until 3am this is the apartment complex for you. Management doesn't do anything about any of the bad tenants either. Oh and bebes kids live here and they like to pry open the mailboxes and throw your mail around..I was told 2 weeks the pool would be open but as usual that wasn't the truth but we sure d... read more
This new management crew is the worst. We’ve been living here for the past five years. We moved apartments three times and recently we just moved to a new apartment which has a lot of bugs and when we told them about it, they said the bugs came from y’all so we told him to go and double check on the old apartment and see the old apartment doesn’t have any bugs so we did not bring the bugs but they still trying to charge us $800 for bugs that was already an apartment when we moved in and for that same reason we’re moving out ... read more
I initially wrote a good review but then I never changed it. Just read this review. The original property manager was horrible. She yelled at you and cussed and was terrible. The replacement property manager was nice but told you they couldn't spend any money the pool hasn't been up for 5 to 6 years maybe longer. The parking lot is atrocious. When things break down they can't spend money. Eventually that property manager was fired. The new property manager Kristen is awesome. She's redoing the parking lots the pool is close ... read more
Misleading website shows 2bd 2bath 1000 not the case they go by yo income and she said it will be 1295-1395 to rent a 2bd room. If I would have known it was based on your income I wouldn't have went because I know I make too much money and I'm not going to pay no $1395 for no two bedroom two bath apartment that's a two-bedroom two-bath house somewhere. They don't have any three bedrooms available they only have 8 units that consist of three bedroom apartments and they're all full you have to be on a waiting list to get the t... read more
