I have always had a wonderful experience, I am very picky when it comes to who touches my hair, I probably have only had about 3 people in my life time do my hair professionally and I found my GEM at Tangles! They are so professional, kind, accommodating, and have a vast knowledge when it comes to hair-for real! I was blown away! I specifically see Mariah. She does wonders to my hair-I will never go anywhere else again!!

I have been ordering products online from Tangles Salon since early Covid. I was very impressed that they took the initiative while their business was shut down to offer this service. It is convenient for me and I often buy products that offer VOLUME to my hair. Oh my gosh this brush! It is a hairdryer and a brush... it works great! It doesn’t tangle my hair and it lifts my roots! I just want to first off say, this salon is beyond amazing and they have such a wonderful staff. Secondly, I want to say that I have gone to stacie 3 different times and each time she always delivers . I have had trust issues with other salons in the past but,she has completely restored my faith. This recent visit I asked for a silver look and without hesitation she worked her magic. Ally is absolutely the best hair stylist I've ever had. She listens to her clients and delivers every time. Ally is very professional and pleasant in dealing with the staff, guests, and clients of hers. I will not go anywhere else. I drive from Hales Corners to see Ally. I highly recommend Tangles Salon.
I had an amazing first time experience coming here to get a haircut with Abigail. She was so thorough on explaining how to style my new and improved hairstyle and gave me so many tips on dandruff and what steps I need to take next. We had good conversations and I trusted her completely with doing my hair. Will be back there!! 💘
