Worst experience ever! The manager also refused a refund! I left with purple hair, wanting blonde. My hair was soooo choppy and had lines in my hair. She didn’t leave the foils in long enough on my top hair. I went to another salon to get it fixed. Didn’t know it was that bad until the girl told me. I will never go here again. The service here was horrible too.

The stylist was kind to my daughter during the appointment and did a creative hair design at the end. However, the haircut was uneven and poorly finished. With our busy schedule and Tangles being booked, a correction cut with another stylist wasn’t feasible, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the response was unexpectedly rude and dismissive but did ultimately get a refund. Tangles Salon did all the hair for my daughter’s wedding party. The stylists were talented and so kind. They offered great suggestions and everyone’s hair looked phenomenal and held up all night!!! Thanks for being a part of the most special day.
