I booked a colour and cut with Natalie for the first time and she exceeded my expectations. I was happy to see that she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a beautiful haircut and dark colour. I haven’t ever had layers before and she made it look amazing! I will continue to book her services in the future, I highly appreciated the head massage during the wash and the beautiful blowout :)
After being a customer here over the last 21years it has sadly came to an end due to lack of Customer service. My last 3 sets of highlights have left me disappointed, they have come out way too brassy and light and not what I wanted at all. I had never asked for a re do before as I have been able to fix at home. I did mention the issue to my hairdresser at my following appointments however, and was assured that we would adjust this at the next highlight.
