I have been going to see Emma this past year and love how she does my hair. I have very fine hair and I get a lot of blonde highlights. My hair has never felt so healthy in a long time. Thanks Emma for always doing a great job!
Wish I could give Emma a Zero. She is not client focused only money driven. I ended in a the hospital with pneumonia which is contagious and she dropped me as a client because I didn't give her 48 hours notice I only have her 24 hour notice. Even though I never had to do this I provided a hospital note. She might have a lot of appointments and doesn't need clients but with this righteous attitude clients will see right through her greedy, selfishness, and no compassion attitude.
