Great place to go........ I have been going to Tangles for a few years and have never had any bad experiences there. Customer service is great! The place is clean,bright and modern looking,staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy when it comes to trying to get you to buy lots of hair products like most places are.

Appointments do not make the difference I went here once and that will be it for me. I actually made an appointment and got there right on time, I ended up waiting a half an hour because the stylist was on her lunch break. Then when she returned she gossiped with the receptionist for another 15 minutes. My hair was washed and cut , but they did not blow it dry nor ask if I wanted it styled. Rude I walked into Tangles and there were no customers in the place. I was not greeted when I walked in either. I walked up to the counter and asked if I needed an appointment to get a haircut or did they happen to have a walk in available. The girl behind the counter rudely said that "of course you need an appointment" . Really? since they had no customers in the entiere place I would think they had time to trim my hair. I Left and I will never go back.
