Do not go to Tangles! Save your money and go elsewhere. We contacted tangles when my cousin had her hair professionally bleached. The original salon ended up not having the color she was looking for, and we decided to look elsewhere because she had a specific color she wanted (aqua and dark blue). I have never been to a more caring & professional salon. I went in after being very ill. During that time I had to wear my very long hair up which caused it to tangle and matte to my scalp. I thought it would have to be shaved. Sensing my fear and embarrassment, (I was terrified) Candace and Heather immediately put me at ease and treated me like family not to mention I still have hair! I went in for the first time today to see Tessa and it has been the best decision I have made in 2020 so far! Not only is she thorough and knowledgeable, but she made sure I was completely comfortable before and after she would do something to my hair - after a previous bad hair experience with another salon I appreciated this so much!
