They have quite a turnover in employees, so as soon as we would find someone that my daughter liked, they would be gone by our next visit.
Our son is Autistic and he hated getting his hair cut. But at Tangles his experience was fantastic!!! The perfect environment for kids!!
I took my three year old daughter here for her first haircut and it was traumatizing. She cried and was miserable. I assumed it was because it was her first haircut and that is was slightly overwhelming. So we tried again several months later to see if the second time would be better. It was worse and to top it all off they did an AWFUL job cutting her bangs. A mistake that will take lots of time and the use of many hair clips to correct.
