Just so unprofessional. They made a scheduling error and cost me a large part of my only afternoon off. The only offer they gave me for their mistake was to let one of their stylists rush through coloring my hair after she and whom ever else openly voiced they had to leave. 4 hours before close and they had nobody available for the appointment I set. RecommendedMy 13 year old granddaughter just got her second hair cut by Brady. He is amazing!! Her hair looks fantastic. So happy with his work. Highly recommend him!!!
I’ve come here probably 7-10 times for a simple wash and style 💆🏼♀️ (just blow dry and straighten.) I normally end up with a different stylist and price each time, which is fine. The problem comes with the last stylist I had... Tangles is my favorite salon! I had previously gone to two different salons and 2 hairdressers at each, but none of them were able to create the red color I was looking for. So thankful for Brady at Tangles being able to create my perfect look. I get so many compliments and feel like a million bucks. Brady is the best! He is so much fun to talk to and does everything he can to make my hair/experience/day amazing. I feel so confident in my hair and I owe it all to Brady at Tangles.
