Was informed that my appointment was pushed back one half hour five minutes before my appointment. When I got into the salon, I was ignored for at least four minutes then told I was texted and told to be understanding because the stylist was with a friend and I should be patient stylist then said "do you want your hair done or not?" I said I waited my turn and then she gave me a shot cut. I only refer azzholes to this biz
