Lived there for under a year because I paid to leave after confirming what I feared was severe mold damage throughout my apartment (their n Williams units). I was wondering why there was no security deposit and an odd smell upon moving in but I didn't know better at the time. By far the absolute worst property management company I have ever rented from. For repairs that should be their responsibility they will bill you an outrageous amount often five times higher than the average cost of same repair. They will illegally enter your unit without prior authorization. They will lie on record on official court paperwork and proceedings.

AVOID RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY. I repeat, if you want to save yourself from endless headaches, please think twice about renting from this company. As current tenants of Tangent, we are utterly dismayed by their irresponsibility and complete lack of communication. The contact number listed on their website is a joke.
