Service has been great. They meet the timeline stated in the quote. The staff is friendly.
I have immediate and ongoing needs for calibration services and explained that on the phone. The contact gave me an email address to send requests into. I told him that would work in the future but could he help me with an immediate need? Answer; no. I've tried calling Tangent a few times over the past year and am usually met with this level of customer service and support.
