Rude, unprofessional response to my call to reschedule an appointment and leave a message for the NP. . When I called them today, the lady who answered said she was the office manager and had been doing this job for 18 years . She kept cutting me off ,was impatient and talking so much that I could not finish my sentences as I was trying to explain the reason for rescheduling. I tried making an appointment and the person who answered was so rude! This man sounded like he hated his job and did not care to help me at all. Asked me questions put me on hold and then asked the same questions again! It was so frustrating.
Unhappy with Dr Tang who essentially abandoned why wife and her early Alzheimer’s treatment, apparently over a conflict with his former partner, Dr Rabbani. Tang’s lack of concern for his practice’s patient was not only dumbfounding but bordering on, if not exceeding the bounds of medical ethics. Would not recommend.
