Since I do not have health insurance, I always get some sort of discount. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. . I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? They were average Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Yes, they interacted with both of us Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
