The staff that I've met thus far was very pleasant. Dr. Lisa, she was a really a breath of fresh air. She allowed me to speak, she listened, and I feel comfortable to state that she has my best interest at heart professionally. I look forward to future appointments
edited as of 11/29/25: they will literally allow you to go multiple days without your medication and then wonder why you had to get another doctor. I work and require my medication to function and they fail to give me notice when my medication is unavailable I need them to answer. As a business would you not have some sort of automated message when you’re unavailable? I am forced to go to another doctor because they do not respond and then I run out of my medication. This is the best service and care I’ve received in a long time! Highly recommend.
They are so great. Booking process is easy and my practitioner, Dena Wampler was so understanding and really helped my mental health journey. I was wrongly diagnosed with bipolar disorder by my previous psychiatrist, and Dena was able to see through that and figure out what was really going on. Unfortunately they stopped taking my insurance but when they did, they called to let me know. They also helped me find another provider as well as giving me refills on my medication.
