Unresponsive. Have sent the wrong product twice. Promised to send the right product two weeks ago, never sent it and are now MIA. Go elsewhere and avoid the headache.
Really don't know where to start, I'm not an easy person to please some times, and I had a very tight budget on my solar project. Sean has gone above and beyond, had to deal with over 40 emails from me, worked hard to get me the best price possible and was just great to deal with. There was a little mix up with shipping but Sean got it taken car of like a real professional. I cant say enough good things about tandem.
