Tandem Property Management family owned and operated. Sure was hoping that meant more kindness and respect for their residents. How wrong I was in hoping for that to be true. I have lived at their new complex in Tualatin for almost eight months. From the first day I moved in, I have not been completely happy or relaxed in my apartment. They don’t fix shit for weeks and don’t get back to you for WEEKS as well. Horrible place to live. I had mold in the ac unit since I moved in and it hasn’t been removed. My fridge broke and they took 2.5 week to fix with multiple calls and texts trying to reach them. Along with MANY other issues. Don’t recommend. I was in the century apartments Bemidji. Horrible.
