I lived here a year ago and always had a great experience - the staff was friendly, helpful, and our maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. My review may be late but I hope they continue their high standards!
Commons at Avalon Park - Just don’t do it. It’s not worth the constant harassment from them which they deem acceptable since it’s stated in their ‘lease’ that’s how their cover their behinds. They only do it to certain residents though and enforce things when they want to. It’s not a fair system they have. Lived here for two years. (Timber Creek) I know it’s typical to raise rent prices, I let it slide the first year when they tried increasing it by a hundred dollars and they hadn’t updated anything in the apartment. The apartment I had had 2000’s cabinets /interior. No overhead lighting like the 90s. Then they tried increasing it another hundred the next year. I drew the line there. Every year, my rent increases by the maximum percentage allowed by the state, which feels unfair, especially after such a long residency. There’s only one grace period for late payments, regardless of how long you’ve been a tenant. This policy shows a lack of understanding and consideration for life events that can happen unexpectedly.
