If you are okay with mold in your apartment, and their policy to paint over it, then this is your home! Ironically not accessible without a vehicle, yet if you have one you won’t know peace. They have change policies a few times but it is clear they do not offer enough spaces for the property. The security company they used to hire went out of business and they do not care to get another while cars are stolen and vandalized (Leasing office did respond to this and told me “crime knows no zip code”.
