The worst possible property management company in all on Toronto. They have absolutely no regard for the folks that leave in the condos that they manage. You call for a repair, they take their own suitable time to respond. Any maintenance such as water shutdown is so ill managed . The manager disappears exactly at 5pm with none of the work completed and leaving the residents struggling for the service restoration.
