I had a small procedure today that I was a nervous wreck about. So as I sat in the exam room my nurse came in & we chatted about the specifics of the appointment, then she said "so what you read on Google" I said huh? She said I worked here long enough to know. I told her everything I'd seen she then explained to me the process of the procedure what to expect and completely calmed my nerves. Canceled my appointment same day and without informing me until I arrived for the appointment. They were completely unapologetic.
If i could put 0 stars i would. Their carelessness resulted in my baby contracting meningitis. ATTENTION PREGNANT WOMEN Just go to toumey. They have better equipment.
As someone that works in the medical field I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Usually I’ll do my due diligence and read the reviews on a doctor before I go to them but I dropped the ball because I wanted to get in to see someone as I was having a concern since December and as a travel nurse my insurance would be lapsing soon.
