This place has declined significantly. The lack of respect for people's time is unacceptable, and the constant repetition of unnecessary questions makes the experience frustrating and inefficient. If you value your time and sanity, I strongly recommend finding a better alternative.
I love the front lady Dolores she’s always a joy and I love my Dr Etheridge he actually cares about his patients and goes into detail and make sure you understand. However, this review is about Dr Russell Brant…if they ever put you with him just know if any important paperwork you need for anything will never get done!!! Money focused not patient focused. Missed an appointment and got charged and banking account drafted for $100 and discharged from care.
I had an appointment with my doctor office on Friday.They've a lady, which is the greeter when you sign in named Mrs. Delsey Doney. What a delight to have someone with a beautiful spirit and attitude greet you the same way when you're there. She'll have a conversation with you and have you smiling and laughing. What an amazing gem to have at their office. She makes everyone feel at ease and shows touching kindness to everyone.
