After moving to Georgia, I searched endlessly to find the perfect "artist" and Kelly fit the bill. She is utterly AMAZING. I'm sure every salon loves to hear " I don't know what I want" "make me BEAUTIFUL" and I assure you everytime I walk out of Kelly's Salon I look FABULOUS! You will not be disappointed!
