The banh mi is an exceptional sandwich. Simply put, it has everything it needs and nothing it doesn't. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and portioned, the pickled carrots and radishes add the right amount of tanginess without being overpowering, the cucumber rounds out the flavors and adds nice texture, the spicy cream cheese adds interesting depth and incredible flavor, and the cilatro really comes through and ties everything together. Bagels are getting smaller, prices are getting larger.
My favorites are the everything bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese or a honey wheat bagel with Nutella on it. Oh! And the steel cut oats with candied walnuts and splash of cream, so good. Plus I can't say enough good things about the wonderful women that run the shop! So glad we have this delightful and locally owned bagel shop & cafe in town.
