Great prices on moving supplies – My first time using public storage. They were super helpful getting me signed up and moved in. Was surprised how inexpensive the boxes were. Highly recommend.
New Management! – I have been a tenant here for several years and have always been impressed by the facility. I was thrilled when they put in a new management team at the end of the year. The new manager is great! He is really personable and eager to help. Its a great change.
Rude staff – This is a very clean, secure place. The only objection was a very rude lady in the office. Not at all nice! Bad for business.
Prices really good – This is a clean, well run business. The units and grounds are kept in immaculate condition. The on site managers are friendly and get the job done.
Super nice facility – This is a nice place. I have used both the vehicle/RV and the storage space. The manager is really nice and easy to work with and the facility is top notch. They keep the grounds clean and it feels very secure. You can't drive to a unit without a gate code, etc. Would definitely rent again.
Great Facility!! – We have been a tenant at Tanasbourne for a few years now and love it. The staff has always been really helpful and the facility is in great shape. They keep it really clean and do a great job maintaining it. We have had NO issues at all. Great service, low rates, no hassle.
This is a well run RV and Mini Storage! – We have used the RV storage and the mini storage here. The mini storage is so new and clean compared to other facilities. The covered RV parking is a great option that you can't find very many places. The staff has treated us very well and we have had a great experience. The location on Cornell is really handy. I would rent here again and recommend to anyone looking for a good, well run storage facility.
Very abrasive staff. Treated us as though their mistakes were in fact ours. They forgot to do auto draw for payment and blamed us until I showed them photo copy of agreement and authorization. – I gave the manager authorization form to draw monthly out of our checking account. When I went to retrieve our RV for a four day week end we could not get in. It was on a Sunday and no one to contact. When we went back the following Monday we were told our rent was delinquent. Bad choice for storage!! – Staff is very rude. Many customers/renters have left do to the live in staff being so rude and offensive. Tried to turn more business to Tanasbouren Mini storage but do to the short temper of staff who live at site and owner who does NOT!! care how you are treated I would never recommend Tanasbouren. Need better staff who can deal with customers with out hanging up phones or threating the renter. DON'T NOT USE this as a place to store anything.
