I cant rate the experience because i didnt received it, their online hours are incorrect. I specifically searched for places open after 5pm, this one claimed to, but when i called at 1715, I got the answering machine with an office is closed message. I can delete this once you correct your hours and stop leading people on.
I would not give even one star or recomend this place to my worst enemy we dealt with tanager gor years the mental health clinic the pmic clinic and they are very unprofessional do not know how to properly run a mental health facility or any of that. Don't answer the phones in pmic when a child has a problem they fixed if with snacks. It was one problem after another with these people and if you love your child you will take them to a much better facility
Ikami has been late filling meds all summer leaving us stranded for school starting. They are more concered with trying to make everything the patients fault and use manipulation tactics to make nothing their fault and shifting the blame for Ikamis missed appointments and not filling meds onto the front end staff or the computer system. And dont even try talking to a supervisor because she apologizes and says they are in the wrong and wont happen again but it will every time.
